Introduction Of Japanese Lessons
ERP Tohama Company has recently introduced Japanese lessons for its non-native employees.
This comes in line with the Company’s fundamental culture, which is built on continuous improvement by investing in its employees who act as the drivers of our solutions. The aim of non-Japanese speaking employees to learn Japanese is to be able to interact with most of the country’s population, when on tour to the Company’s corporate headquarters in Japan.
Six (6) System Developers from India and One (1) Administration Consultant from Kenya are already on the program. Lessons started on 25 July and ran twice a week.
The lessons are interesting, fun, and very interactive. Soon the group will be able to have Japanese conversations.
