Global SAP rollouts: one template, local compliance
By ERP TOHAMA Group

A global SAP rollout has to do two things at once: keep one consistent way of working worldwide, and stay compliant in every country it reaches.
A stable core, localized only where required
We work with global template owners to define a core process design that remains consistent worldwide, then apply country-specific localization only where legally or operationally required, such as tax, statutory reporting, banking formats and invoicing rules.
Phased waves, not a big bang
There is no fixed limit to the number of countries. Programs are typically delivered in phased waves, grouping countries by region, business unit or implementation complexity. Most start with a pilot country to validate the template, and lessons learned in each wave are carried into the next, reducing risk as the program progresses.
